Part of a BIMMERTIMES series that we are calling “Epic BMW Photos”. We spotted a BMW X6M parked next to a plane hanger at a local airfield. I must admit, I took three pictures that didn’t turn out quiet as planned. Therefore, I handed my DSLR to a professional photographer and car lover Karim Salha to nail the shot for me.

Here is Karim’s shot. Somehow he was able to take this great shot from behind a fence after only one try.

Below is the photo I took of the BMW X6M with the wire fence in the way. Even though the wire created a cool contrast, you can tell the difference once a pro holds a camera and shoots, as evident in the above photograph.

He had previously taken a few awesome pictures of my long gone BMW 135i coupe. Oddly enough, the X6M and the 135i both have similar exterior color, therefore I must share the pictures he took of my car. Some of Karim’s work can be found on his website Karim Salha Photography.

Obviously, the original photos of the 135i from his website are of higher quality than the ones I cropped for this post. In my humble opinion, only a true artist can bring out the best in a photo, injecting a great deal of emotions in automotive fans like you and I. Lastly, please don’t forget to visit the automobile section of his photography website at KarimSalha.com.
