BMW may be more patriotic than some of the American car makers by offering Frozen Red, White, and Blue color options on the 2013 BMW M3 Coupes. Beginning January, 150 copies of the E92 2013 BMW M3 Coupe Frozen Limited Edition will start production of units destined to US shores. For the uninitiated, Frozen in the BMW dictionary, stands for matte paint finish.

Standard equipment will include a 6-speed manual transmission, carbon fiber roof, black high gloss kidney grills, side gills, and exhaust tips. Also included, Competition Package consisting of Matte black 19″ light alloys, EDC (Electronic Damper Control) with 10mm lowered suspension, and a sporty nanny programming to allow for more spirited driving. In addition, Premium Package is also included. Whilte the interior will have black Novillo leather with exterior-color contrasting stitching across the cabin interior.

Optional equipment include an M-DCT Transmission, rear spoiler delete, moonroof, heated seats, auto high beams, upgraded sound system, apps, and a year of satellite radio.

Price for the Limited Edition Frozen M3 will start at $76,395 MSRP including destination charges. Lucky buyers can either opt out for the European factory delivery option, or BMW Performance Center delivery at BMW’s US headquarters in South Carolina.
