BMW announced the pricing for the all new 5th generation F10 M5, the F12 M6 coupe, and the F13 M6 convertible. The pricing announcement comes in sync with the New York International Auto Show.

In an effort to increase sales of the newly designed cars, the M6 convertible will be the first M car to arrive in the US market.  It will arrive in June of 2012, and will be priced at $113,995 including $895 destination charges. The 2013 BMW M5 will arrive later this summer accompanied with the 2013 BMW M6 coupe. The M5 will have an MSRP of $90,695, while the M6 will demand a premium MSRP of $106,995. Prices include destination and handling charges. They also released pricing for the X6 M, which is set at $93,795 including all charges.

The M5 and M6 are powered by a 4.4 liter M TwinPower Turbo charged V8 producing a whopping 560hp (418 kW) and 502 lb·ft (681 N·m).  The power is channeled down to the rear wheels via a 7-speed M-Double Clutch transmission (M-DCT). Expect a 6 speed manual to make it’s way over some time later. The new F10 M5 has an additional 60hp and over a 100 lb-ft of torque over the old V10 E60 M5. But still achieves an impressive 30% improvement in real life mpg, and a 30% reduction in CO2 emissions.
